Born in the heart of Canada and relocating to the United States at the age of 15, Janelle is a blend of diverse cultures and experiences. She pursued her higher education at Indiana Wesleyan University, where she majored in Business. With a rich 18-year career in the financial industry, Janelle has honed her expertise in recruiting for over 15 years, serving in leadership roles at prestigious firms like Wells Fargo and US Bank.
Currently residing in the scenic Larkspur, Colorado, Janelle enjoys a bustling home life with her husband and their blended family of seven children. Their household is a lively menagerie, complete with a horse, goats, chickens, and a variety of smaller pets. Fortunately for the neighbors, the barnyard animals are comfortably settled on a nearby farm!
Deeply passionate about family building, Janelle has personally been a three-time egg donor and a surrogate. This led her to a transformative decision in June 2023. She transitioned from her corporate career to join Family Inceptions as the Recruiting Outreach Manager, effectively merging her personal passion for helping families grow with her proven professional skills in recruitment.
